Your message will be treated in strict confidence!

Safe

As a whistleblower, you are particularly protected against various retaliatory measures (e.g. dismissal, transfer).

Impartial

The international, internal reporting office is managed by impartial compliance officers who are not bound by instructions.

Serious

Obviously false or distorted reports will be rejected by the Reporting Office.

How your message will be processed

1.

Once a report has been received, the facts of the case and the persons involved are recorded by the internal reporting office in a password-protected file.

2.

If contact details are available, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the whistleblower within 7 days.

3.

If further clarification / information is required, the whistleblower will be contacted (if contact details are available).

4.

Anonymized treatment of the report in the Compliance Committee and agreement on any follow-up measures.

5.

If contact details are available, feedback on how to proceed will be sent to the whistleblower within 3 months.

6.

The logged contact and log data are stored in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and deleted in due time.
