Head of International Transport (m/f/d)

YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial training (e.g., freight forwarding, logistics, or similar)
Several years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in the field of Eastern and Western European transport
Leadership experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills, customer focus, and negotiating skills
Team spirit and the ability to support, motivate, and develop employees
Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Austria
Good written and spoken German and English skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational management of the international transport team, including reporting
Independent support for customers and partners (key accounts)
Acquiring new customers and developing long-term customer relationships
Preparation of quotations, contract negotiations, and conclusion
Planning and conducting customer appointments
Ensuring process and quality standards
Interface with international partners and subsidiaries
Regular reporting on sales activities, revenues, and forecasts
