Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in scheduling is a plus – career changers who are eager to learn are welcome
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Completed commercial training (e.g., freight forwarding, logistics, or similar)
  • Proficiency in using common IT and scheduling systems
  • Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented; responsible and decisive

Your responsibilities

  • Independent planning and coordination of your trucks within your assigned area
  • Route planning and route monitoring
  • Monitoring the truck and driver schedule
  • Ongoing communication and data transmission to our truck drivers
  • Arranging for escorts and obtaining official permits
  • Calculation of daily rates and quotes
